As we do every year, as you’ve come to expect, we’re looking for people who are interested in becoming mentors to the freshmen.
- What does it mean to be a mentor?
A mentor is someone who guides freshmen through college, helping them understand their class schedule and the courses they’re taking, and who provides answers when first-year students have questions, are curious, or simply want to learn more about our university and the opportunities it offers, mentors who inform freshmen of their rights and responsibilities during their time at SNSPA, as well as those who present and promote the values of SNSPA.
- Who are we looking for?
We hope 11 students since the year II/ III (1 mentor per group for the AP and AE specializations, respectively, plus 1 mentor for Erasmus activities) who must be:
- people who are committed to their principles and have a strong sense of civic duty;
- involved in extracurricular activities (participation in projects, volunteer work, etc.);
- able to guide, support, and motivate younger colleagues;
*Experience coordinating teams is a plus.

Interested individuals are asked to send an email to mentorat@administratiepublica.eu by 20.09.2026 with the subject: I want to be a mentor!
Applicants must attach an up-to-date resume and include the following in their message:
- the reasons why they believe they are suitable for the role;
- the key skills and qualities I can bring to the mentoring program.\
What happens after the app?
Selected candidates will be invited to a brief interview to discuss their experience and motivation in more detail.
