Completion of Studies and Official Documents

After completing the entire curriculum and passing the final exams, graduates of the School of Public Administration receive official documents certifying the skills they have acquired and the academic degree they have earned.

Completion of university studies is attested by the following official documents, issued in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree

Diploma Supplement

This document, written in Romanian and English, provides a detailed description of the student’s academic record, including the courses taken, the number of ECTS credits earned, and the grades received, thereby facilitating the recognition of studies abroad.

Certificate of Graduation

It is issued on a temporary basis, immediately after the student has defended their bachelor’s thesis or dissertation, and is valid only until the actual diploma is issued.

For specialization, professional development, and continuing education programs, the faculty issues documents specific to the type of program enrolled in:

Certificate of Professional Competence

It is awarded to graduates of continuing education and postgraduate programs, certifying the acquisition of specific competencies in a narrow field of public administration.

Postgraduate Diploma

It is issued for postgraduate programs in continuing professional education and development, in accordance with applicable laws.

Certificates of Participation

They may be issued for short-term courses, workshops, or professional training seminars organized by the faculty or through affiliated centers.
