Housing in SNSPA dormitories

The National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA) offers students housing in its two dormitories in Băneasa. Accommodation is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Regulations Governing the Organization and Operation of SNSPA Dormitories.

  • Dormitory locations: Băneasa, Bucharest (2 dormitories)
  • Contact: SNSPA Social Services (social case files): SNSPA headquarters, 30A Expoziției Blvd., ground floor

Priority Order for Accommodations

  4. Romanian students in full-time programs on state-funded spots: priority is given to students in their final years (third year of a bachelor’s program, second year of a master’s program), doctoral students, and then students in other years on a proportional basis;
  5. Romanian students paying tuition, in the order of the years listed in the previous point.
