Volunteering While in School
The School of Public Administration supports students’ personal and professional development beyond the classroom. Participating in volunteer activities is an excellent opportunity to gain practical skills, build a network of contacts, and actively contribute to community life.
Our students have the opportunity to get involved in various volunteer projects, both within the university and in partnership with public institutions or nongovernmental organizations.
You can also get involved in Smart Edu Hub initiatives, such as the thematic dictionary for public administration (AP DEX), studies on e-government and smart cities (ISEGOV), or editorial activities for the SCRD Journal and SCIC Proceedings. Discover the opportunities and how to apply:
Skills Development
Volunteering helps develop essential skills in administration, such as teamwork, project management, public communication, and solving complex problems.
Acknowledgments
Volunteer work can be officially recognized, adding value to your educational portfolio and resume upon graduation.
SNSPA Student League (LSSPA)
The most important representative and volunteer organization for students is the SNSPA Student League (LSSPA). It serves as a platform for dialogue and action, acting as the voice of students in their dealings with university administration and as a driving force behind student events.
Representation
LSSPA defends students' rights and ensures that their needs are taken into account in administrative decisions.
Projects and Events
League members organize conferences, workshops, sports competitions, charity events, and freshman dances.
Networking
It is the ideal setting to meet students from all SNSPA faculties and forge bonds that last beyond their college years.
